let first number is x and second number is y
so according to first condition ,
x^2 + y^2 = 80 ------ ( 1 )
according to second condition ,
( x - y ) ^2 = 36
x^2 - 2xy + y^2 = 36
x^2 + y^2 - 2xy = 36
80 - 2xy = 36 ----- from (1)
-2xy = - 44
xy = 22
so the product of the two is 22
so according to first condition ,
x^2 + y^2 = 80 ------ ( 1 )
according to second condition ,
( x - y ) ^2 = 36
x^2 - 2xy + y^2 = 36
x^2 + y^2 - 2xy = 36
80 - 2xy = 36 ----- from (1)
-2xy = - 44
xy = 22
so the product of the two is 22
