p(k) = 3 {k}^{2} + (2k + 1)x - k + 5

Let the Zeroes of this polynomial be \alpha \beta

A.T.Q.

 \alpha + \beta = \alpha \beta \\ \frac{ - b}{a} = \frac{c}{a} \\ - b = c

 - (2k + 1) = - k + 5 \\ - 2k - 1 = - k + 5 \\ - 1 - 5 = - k + 2k \\ - 6 = k
