Let the multiples be x+8, x+16 and x+24
According to Question:
x+8 + x+16 + x+24 = 888
3x + 48 = 888
3x = 888-48
3x = 840
x = 840/3
x = 280
x+8 = 280+8 → 288
x+16 = 280+16 → 296
x+24 = 280+24 → 304
