Hey Mate !

Here is your solution :

Given,

=> Sum of 3 consecutive numbers = 156

Let,

The first number is x.

So, Second number = ( x + 1 )

So, Third number = ( x + 1 + 1 ) = ( x + 2 )

Now,

=> x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 156

=> 3x + 3 = 156

=> 3 ( x + 1 ) = 156

=> ( x + 1 ) = 156 ÷ 3

=> ( x + 1 ) = 52

=> x = 52 - 1

=> x = 51

Now,

First number = x = 51

Second number = x + 1 = 51 + 1 = 52

Third number = x + 2 = 51 + 2 = 53

Again,

Factors of ,

51 = 1 , 3 , 17 , 51

52 = 1 , 4 , 13 , 52

53 = 1 , 53

Since , 13 is a factor of 52.

Therefore, 52 is a multiple of 13.

Hope it helps !! ^_^
