According to the question.......

x + (x + 1) + ( x + 2) = 243
x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 243
x + x + x + 1 +2 = 243
3x + 3 = 243
3x = 240
x = 80

So the three consecutive numbers are 80,80 + 1= 81,80+2=82
Finally the numbers are 80,81 and 82.
