According to Question,
=> l+b=50
=> l*b+ b*b =500
=> b(l+b)=500
=> b*50=500
=> b=10cm
=>l=50-10=40cm
Area of rectangle= l*b=40*10=400cm²
=> l+b=50
=> l*b+ b*b =500
=> b(l+b)=500
=> b*50=500
=> b=10cm
=>l=50-10=40cm
Area of rectangle= l*b=40*10=400cm²
