let the first number be x.
second number will be 5.9 x
x+5.9x= 10.35
6.9x=10.35
x= 10.35/6.9
x= 1.5

the numbers are x= 1.5; 5.9x= 5.9*1.5 = 8.85

vishal8222: please batao kaise hai last line
harmankaur04: see...the numbers are x and 5.9 x...so here we will substitute the value of x in both so x = 1.5 and 5.9x = 5.9*x i.e.5.9*1.5= 8.85
