Let the first digit (one's) = x
Therefore the second digit (ten's)
= x-3

Number = 10×(x-3) + 1× x
= 10x -30 +x
= 30 + 9x

On reversing the digits

One's digit = x-3
Ten's digit = x

ATQ

x-3 + x = 99

2x = 102

x = 51

Therefore actual number = 30 + 9(2)
= 48
