Let the no.s be x and y resp.
Atq, x+y=27
2x+3y=61
x=27-y
2(27-y)+3y=61
54-2y+3y=61
y=61-54
y=7
x+y=27
x=27-7
x=20
Atq, x+y=27
2x+3y=61
x=27-y
2(27-y)+3y=61
54-2y+3y=61
y=61-54
y=7
x+y=27
x=27-7
x=20
