The sum of two numbers is 28/25 of the first number. The second number is what percentage of the first??

Say, the two numbers are 25x and y
According to the question,
25x + y = 28x
So, y = 3x
or, y = 25x * 3/25
so, the percentage is
= 3*100/25
= 12
