Let one number be x and another be y

If HCF and sum of numbers is 48 and 348 respectively. So, we can say that :

\rightarrow \sf{48x \: + \: 48y \: = \: 384} \\ \\ \rightarrow \sf{48(x \: + \: y) \: = \: 384} \\ \\ \rightarrow \sf{x \: + \: y \: = \: \dfrac{384}{48}} \\ \\ \rightarrow \sf{x \: + \: y \: = \: 8}

  • So, sum of numbers is 8

And, we know that after the HCF, The two numbers are co-prime.

So, the possible values of the numbers whose sum is 8 are :
