 - 5 + x =  \frac{ - 4}{3}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 4}{3}  + 5 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 4 + 15}{3}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{11}{3}  \\  \\ so \: the \: another \: number \: is \:  \frac{11}{3} .
