substituting value from eqn 1 to eqn2

$x + x + y - y = 15 + 67 \\ 2x = 82 \\ x = \frac{82}{2} \\ x = 41$

we put x = 41 to eqn 1

so,

$x + y = 67 \\ 41 + y = 67 \\ y = 67 - 41 \\ y = 26$

hence , we found answer as

X = 41

y = 26
