                  $x + (\frac{-5}{7} )= \frac{7}{5} \\x = \frac{7}{5} + \frac{5}{7} \\x = \frac{35 + 25 }{35} \\x = \frac{60}{35} \\x = \frac{12}{7}$

Hence ,  missing rational number is $\frac{12}{7}$ .
