let the ration number be X

ATQ

x +  \frac{7}{13}  =  -  \frac{13}{7}  \\  or   \:  \:  x =  -  \frac{13}{7}  -  \frac{7}{13}  \\ or \: x =  \frac{ - 169  -  49}{91}  \\  \:  \: x =  \frac{ - 218}{91}

this is the answer

Hello!

Sum of two rational numbers =

 \frac{  - 13}{7}

One of the rational number =

 \frac{7}{13}

Solution

 \frac{7}{13} + x =  \frac{ - 13}{7}

x =   \frac{ - 13}{7}  -  \frac{7}{13}

LCM of 13,7= 91

x =  \frac{ - 169}{91}  -  \frac{49}{91}

x =  \frac{  - 218}{91}

Hopefully helps!
