A blog expressing my views about the paragraph given-:

  • Drugs are one of the most deadly substances available on earth. It makes a person so used to it and intoxicated that afterwards there is no looking back.
  • Drug abuse which is also called substance abuse is a kind of psychological disorder as well. People intake cannabis, marijuana, and cocaine-like drugs and these are very dangerous and can cause serious damage to a person's mental and physical well-being.
  • Drugs become like oxygen which is a must for survival when it is overconsumed and if a person doesn't get the required amount of it then he or she will not be able to function properly.
  • Drugs make a person transient into a fantasy world which lets them forget about real-life problems but it is short-lived because in the actual world the person losses a sense of interest and of being alive. From the inside, the person becomes dead and then coming back to life and especially a normal one is very difficult.
  • Many times the person commits suicide as over-consumption of drugs would have caused huge damage to their nervous system and they feel no point in living hence they end their own lives.
  • To avoid it people should go to rehab centres, and visit health professionals and awareness should be increased regarding the consumption of drugs.
