the sun rises hours earlier in arunachal pradesh as compared to gujarat in the west. but the clocks show the same time. how does this happen??

sun rises first in Arunachal Pradesh and rises last in Gujarat.It happens so because of the longitudinal extent about 30 degree between the eastern and western extemities.It causes the difference of two hours time in the sunrise in two places. To remove the differences in timings of different areas in our country,time is decided on a central meridian in a countryis 82 degree.30'E longitudeThis is the standard meridian.The time at 82 degree.32' E is taken as the Indian Standard Time.It is followed in the whole country.And therefore the clocks show the same time.
