The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh as compared to Gujarat in the West but the watches show the same time how does this happen?​

because the median passes through mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh is taken as the time for the whole country

The watches show the same time as all states in india follow the time along the standard meridian of india (IST) which is 82°35'E. which passes through mirzapur ,U.P
