• The eastern most longitude in India Arunachal Pradesh is - 97°25' East

• Western most longitude in India Gujrat is - 68°7' East

• The longitudinal extend is - 30° means 30 longitude passed from East to west . The time difference is 4 minutes

That is 4×30 = 120 min.

= 2 hours
