Total distance covered = x 

Taxi fare for 1st 1 km = Rs 10.

Taxi fare for each kilometer after covering 1st 1 km = Rs 6.

Total taxi fare for x km = Rs 10 + (x -1) 6

                                 y =  10 + 6x - 6
 
                                 y =  6x + 4.

                           =>  6x - y + 4 = 0        

There fore the equation is 6x - y + 4 = 0
