volume \: of \: solute = 40ml \\ volume \: of \: solvent = 20ml \\ total \: volume \: of \: solution = 40 + 20 = 60ml \\ concentration =  \frac{volume \: of \: solute}{volume \: of \: solution}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{40}{60}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{2}{3}  \times 100 \\   = \frac{200}{3}  \\ 66.66\%
