Indirect/Reported Speech refers to a dialogue being told to a third person/reporting what happened to a third person.

Example: Brianna said,"I want to go to the park." (Direct)

Brianna said that she wanted to go to the park. (Indirect)

In the above example, when writing in reported/indirect form, the sentence changes according to its tense. Also, modifications regarding certain words like 'you' changes to 'I', 'today' changes to 'that day', 'will' changes to 'would', 'yesterday' changes to 'the previous day' and many other words will have to be made.

The teacher said to the guardian,"Your son does not attend my class daily." (Direct)

The teacher told the guardian that her son does not attend her class daily. (Indirect)

Hope it helps :)

surjeetsingh18: yaha par does kaise hoga
Equestriadash: Huh?
Equestriadash: Does is present tense. It's like a habitual action.
