You can simply apply the formula...
time = distance / speed
here, change in temperature will come in the place of distance
=> change in temp. = 12 + 15 = 27°C
and speed = 3°C per hour
=> Time taken = 27/3 = 9 hours
So, The time will be 10am+9 = 7 pm
Now, temperature at 12 am ,i.e, after 5hrs more will be
change in temperature = speed*time
= 3*5 = 15°C
Thus, the required = -15°C + 15 = -30°C
