The new rate of reaction will be 27 times greater than the old rate of reaction.
We know that the rate of reaction is given by,
K = μ^(T/10)
where μ = temperature co-efficient
K = rate of reaction at temperature T
Hence we have,
K₂/K₁ = μ^(T₂-T₁/10)
= 3^(55-25/10)
= 3^30/10
=27
Hence the rate of reaction increases by 27 times.

Answer:
Tx =3
T=55-25=30
K2/K1= Tx ^ ( t2 - t1/10 )
3*(55-25/10)
27 ANS.
