The temperature dropped from 75 degrees to 50 degrees. What was the percent decrease in the temperature?

percentage decrease = 75 - 50 = 25.
required percentage =
 \frac{25}{75}  \times 100
hence, required percentage = 33%.

Final temperature= 50

therfore, change it temperature=

initial - final

75-50= 25

percentage decrease= 25/75×100= 33.3%
