The temperature of boiling water in Celsius scale out of temperature 100,373.212,32 is 100°C.

However this is not a constant value as the boiling point of any liquid substance changes with elevation and depends on atmospheric pressure.

As altitude increases boiling point of water decreases and as altitude decreases boiling point of water increases, boiling point has an inverse relationship with altitude.
