the temperature of ice remains the same (0°c) till all the ice completely melt into water, so that water at 0°c is formed. what happened to the heat absorbed by ice during its melting.. why the temperature is not increased during melting of ice, even though heat was absorbed? ​

THE REASON FOR THE TEMPERATURE TO NOT RISE WAS BECAUSE WHEN THE ICE WAS MELTING,THE HEAT SUPPLIED WAS USED IN MELTING THE ICE.

SO,THE TEMPERATURE DID NOT RISE.
