The temperature of water is never 100 degree Celsius in sea river then how does it change to vapour

Answer: due to the process of evaporation

Explanation: evaporation is a process in which water boils without getting its boiling point. This method is also used in evaporating water. We may also observe this change by getting dry the clothes under the sunlight of sun the clothes do not get hundred degree Celsius but they get dried up. So this method is different from vaporization.
