x+5 = y .......(i)
(10y + x )+ (10x + y) = 99
11x + 11y = 99
11( x + y ) = 99
x + y = 9.......(ii)

adding (i) and (ii)
(x + y) + (x - y) = 9 + 5
2x = 14
x = 7

putting this value of x in eq (i)
y = 7+5
= 12

the original number = 10x + y
= 70 + 12
= 82, ANSWER
