Let number be xy.

Number can be written as 10x + y.

x = 2y(given)

Sum if number and unit's digit is 66.

10x + y + y = 66

10x +2y = 66

Replace value of 2y with x as given.

10x +x = 66

11x = 66

x = 6

And 2y = x

2y = 6
y = 3

So the number is xy = 63.

Thank you.
