i) Glucocortiocoids -- It increases blood sugar level, reduces inflammation . It is regulated by ACTH( Adrenocortiocotrophic hormone)

ii) Mineral corticoids -- It contols the sodium and potassium ratio.

iii) Sex corticoids -- it stimulates secondary sexual characters in males
