t2 = 2\pi \frac{ \sqrt{l} 2}{g}

According to this we can see that time is directly proportional to square root of length

 \frac{t1}{t2}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{l1} }{  { \sqrt{l2} } }

 \frac{2}{1}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{l1} }{ \sqrt{} l2}

 \frac{4}{1}  =  \frac{l1}{l2}

the ratio of length Will be 4/1
