Rate of diffusion of gases is inversely proportional to the square root of its MOLECULAR MASS

Rate1/rate2 = (M2/M1)1/2 = t2/t1

2nd gas is the oxygen gas and 1st is the other gas given. t is time taken for diffusion and M is the molecular masses of gases .

(32/M1)1/2 = 5.65/2

Squaring both sides:

32/M1 = 31.9225/4

M1 = (32 * 4 )/31.9225 = 4.0097

Therefore ,the molecular mass of the other gas is 4.0097
