The tip of the second's hand will cover the circumference that is 2πr
2×3.14×10.5
=66 cms and it takes 60 seconds to complete it and hence 66/60 is 1.1 cm/s

In 60 minutes, minute hand traces a full circle which means in 30 minutes, minute hand traces a half circle.

Therefore, distance covered by tip of the minute hand in 30 minutes

The tip of the second's hand will cover the circumference that is 2πr which is 2×3.14×10.5 =66 cms as well as it takes 60 seconds to complete it and

hence 66/60 is 1.1 cm/s
