tsa =2pi r (r+h)

3080=2×22/7×14(14+h)

3080=88(14+h)

3080/88 = 14+h

35=14+h

35-14=h

Total surface area of cylinder = 2πr ( h + r )

We have,

★ Total surface area = 3080 cm²

★ Radius = d/2 = 28/2 = 14 cm

We know that,

Total surface area of cylinder = 2πr ( h + r )

 \rightarrow \: 3080 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 14(h + 14)

 \rightarrow3080 = 44 \times 2h + 28

 \rightarrow  2h + 28 =  \frac{3080}{44}

 \rightarrow 2h + 28 =  70

 \rightarrow2h = 70 - 28

 \rightarrow2h = 42

 \rightarrow \: h =  \cancel \frac{42}{2}

h = 21 cm

Hence, the height of given cylinder is 21 cm.
