The total cost of flooring a room at ₹ 8.50 per square meter is ₹ 510. If the length of the room is 8 meter, find it's breadth

Given that,

                 

                Cost of flooring per square metre  = 8.50 rupees.

                Total cost of flooring of room=

 \frac{510}{8.50}  = 60

                 Therefore, Area of the room =60

                  we know that area = length *breadth

                   if length of the room = 8 meteres then breadth = area/length = 60m²/8m = 7.5m
