Find the rent of the house and also the mess charges per head per month.

Let rent be r and monthly charges per head be m..
So 3900=r+2m and 7500=r+5m
Subtract first from second
7500-3900=r+5m-(r+2m)
3600=3m...m=1200
r=3900-2*1200=1500
