Total surface area of a cube is :-

$6 {a}^{2}$

Where,

• a = side measure.

$= > 6 \times {a }^{2} = 600$

$= > 6 \times a \times a = 600$

$= > a\times a = \frac{600}{6}$

$= > {a}^{2} = \frac{100}{1} = 100$

$= > a = \sqrt{100} = 10 \: cm$

Now, we have to find the curved surface area of the cube :-

$curved \: surface \: area = 4 {a}^{2}$

Where,

• a = side measure.

Applying all the values :-

$4 \times {10}^{2} = 4 \times 100$

$= > 400 \: {cm}^{2}$
