ANSWER----- 56 KG.

no of student = 42

total weight = 1512

so average weight of 42

 = 1512 \div 42 \\ =  36

now 2 students left. so remaining is 40. and average decreases by 1.

so average is

 = 36 - 1 \\  = 35

total weight of 40 students is

 = 40 \times 35 \\  = 1400

therefore weight of 2 students who left the school is

 = 1512 - 1400 \\  = 112

and so the average of those two student is

 = 112 \div 2 \\  = 56

56 kg.

Answer:

ANSWER----- 56 KG.

no of student = 42

total weight = 1512

so average weight of 42

\begin{gathered} = 1512 \div 42 \\ = 36\end{gathered}

=1512÷42

=36

now 2 students left. so remaining is 40. and average decreases by 1.

so average is

\begin{gathered} = 36 - 1 \\ = 35\end{gathered}

=36−1

=35

total weight of 40 students is

\begin{gathered} = 40 \times 35 \\ = 1400\end{gathered}

=40×35

=1400

therefore weight of 2 students who left the school is

\begin{gathered} = 1512 - 1400 \\ = 112\end{gathered}

=1512−1400

=112

and so the average of those two student is

\begin{gathered} = 112 \div 2 \\ = 56\end{gathered}

=112÷2

=56

56 kg.
