Diameter of a toy= 3.5cm
r= 1.75cm
So height of the cone without hemisphere= 5cm- 1.75cm
= 3.25cm
slant height (l)= √h²+r²
= √(3.25cm)²+(3.5cm)²
=√10.5625cm² + 12.25cm²
=√22.8125cm²
=4.776cm
TSA= lateral surface area of a cone+ CSA of a hemisphere
= πrl + 2πr²
= πr(4.78cm+2×1.75cm)
=22/7 × 1.75cm ( 4.78cm+3.5cm)
= 22×.25cm×8.28cm
45.54cm²
