40sec respectivly. If the signal lights changed together at 8 a.m in morning, let's find when

first we have to do LCM of
16secs=2×2×2×2
28secs=2×2×7
48=2×2×2×2×3
LCM-2×2×2×2×2×2×3×7
LCM-1344
time - 8 :00
8:00+13:44
=21:44= 10:44
