the total bandwidth of the signal received by the base station of the cell will be at least 400 kHz
Given bandwidth = 200 kHz
8 users can share a common bandwidth of 200 kHz.
Number of user present = 12
number of users extra = 12 - 8 = 4
For 4 user extra 200 kHz of bandwidth is required.
Total bandwidth = 200 + 200 = 400 kHz
Hence total bandwidth of the signal received 400 kHz
