sqrt [ s ( s-a ) ( s-b ) ( s-c ) ]  = l b

s =  ( a + b + c ) / 2   { semi perimeter }

s  =  ( 13 + 14 + 15 ) / 2

   =  21

sqrt [  21 x ( 21 - 13 ) x ( 21 - 14 ) x ( 21 - 15 ) ]   =  14  x b

since base of rectangle is 14  ie  l = 14

sqrt [ 21 x 8 x 7 x 6 ]   =  14 x b

14 x b =  84

b  =  84 / 14

b =  6 cm
