There are almost five layers in our planet's atmosphere.And the lowermost atmosphere is known as the troposphere.

This troposphere is the major portion of the whole atmosphere,and we also get our needed air from this troposphere.

According to the calculations,this troposphere contains almost 80% mass of the total atmosphere.
