• Whether it is a myth or reality it has always been debated. However if we go through the facts and contents of the epic, there are many things to demonstrate (perhaps) that this epic was true
• The significance of Ramayana in India , for example, cannot be denied. Because of its relation to the epic, Ram spots are plenty in Chitrakoot. • Hampi in Karnataka is another place linked to the Ramayan. The legendary monkey kingdom is believed to have been founded in this area. Indeed, Hanuman is supposed to come from Anjaneya hill across the river Tungabhadra
• Kurukshetra, this site has the name after King Kuru, a ruler who wanted his descendants to achieve moksha and not to be impacted by accidents, disease, & affection. Generations later, his family was battling on the site in the "epic battle of the Mahabharata"
