 \boxed{(2y + x)cm}

 \mathfrak{\blue{\underline{\underline{Step \:by\: Step \:Solution}}}}

Given:

An Isosceles Triangle

Length of each of the two equal sides (in centimetre) = x

Length of unequal side (in centimetre) = y

Let the triangle be \triangle ABC

Where, two equal sides are AB and AC

Unequal side is BC

Here,

AB = AC = y

BC = x

We know,

 \boxed{Perimeter\: of\: Triangle = Sum\: of\: all\: sides}

So,

Perimeter of \triangle ABC = AB + AC + BC

Perimeter of  \triangle ABC = y + y + x

Perimeter of  \triangle ABC = 2y + x

harshu1009: as the perimeter of triangle = sum of all sides so, here perimeter will be 2y+x

HEre Is Your Ans

*****

Let , Δ ABC Be The Isosceles Triangle

According To The Question ,

AB = AC = Y cm And BC = X cm

➡Perimeter of Δ ABC = AB + BC + AC

➡Perimeter of Δ ABC = Y + X + Y

➡Perimeter of Δ ABC = 2Y + X

Hence , Perimeter Of Isosceles Triangle in terms of X and Y Is  \fbox{2Y + \: X }
