let 'x' be the value of the property an year ago
then (x) - 5%(x) = 411540
hence (x) = 433200
now let 'y' be the value of the property 2 years ago
then (y) - 5%(y) = 433200
hence (y) = 456000
now let 'z' be the value of the property 3 years ago
then (z) - 5%(z) = 456000
hence (z) = 480000
Therefore the value of the property 3 years ago is 480000
then (x) - 5%(x) = 411540
hence (x) = 433200
now let 'y' be the value of the property 2 years ago
then (y) - 5%(y) = 433200
hence (y) = 456000
now let 'z' be the value of the property 3 years ago
then (z) - 5%(z) = 456000
hence (z) = 480000
Therefore the value of the property 3 years ago is 480000
