We have,

g= GM/R^2.......(1)

g1 = GM / (R+h)^2........(2)

where G= 6.67* 10^(-11), R= Radius of earth anh h= 5 km= 5000m

(2)÷ (1),

(g1)/g = ((R)/(R+h))^2

Substitute the value... you will get your answer
