Given : A circuit with battery 45V and two resistance 5 & 10 ohms in series

To Find : Current through circuit.

Solution:

As per given circuit

5 Ω  and 10 Ω   resistance are in series

Resistance in series get added

Hence total resistance

= 5 + 10

= 15 Ω

I  = V/R

I = Current

V = Voltage

R = Resistance

=> I  =  45/15

=> I = 3A
