Answer:

Because the moon has less mass than Earth, the force due to gravity at the lunar surface is only about 1/6 of that on Earth.

If a man can jump 1.5 m high on the earth, he jump to a height of 1.5×6=9 m.

Answer:

consider gravity as a pulling force

while jumping gravity pulls us down

on earth if gravty force be mg. mass × ac due to gravity..

in moon the g is one by sixth so pulling force is 1/6..that means he can jump six times more higher

that is 1.5× 6= 9
